How It Works
1 / Meet at Waterloo
We gather outside Cuban restaurant, right of Waterloo station. Easy to find and well-connected by public transport.
2 / Walk to Archbishop's Park
A short, easy walk to our beautiful running location, a clean, safe park perfect for beginners.
3 / The 500m Loop
Our specially designed loop has start/finish lines with 100m markers. Complete 10 laps to reach 5K but go at your own pace!
4 / Set Your Weekly Target
Each week, challenge yourself a little more. Maybe this week you run 2 laps, next week 3. Progress, not perfection.
5 / Celebrate Your Progress
Whether you complete 1 lap or 10, every step is progress. We celebrate all achievements, big and small.
