I first came to sam after an initial weight loss and had found a plateau in my exercise regime and diet. I signed up for personal training sessions with Sam and its been completely worth it. San is so patient, incredibly motivating and so passionate about health and fitness. He made every training session different which made going to gym more interesting, I have learnt so much from him and definitely feel stronger from when I initially started.
