How It Works

1 / MEET & PREPARE

Join us every Wednesday at 6:15PM at Fitness4Less Southwark. We start with warm-up drills and dynamic stretches to get your body ready, then hit the roads together as a supportive community.

2 / RUN OUR CONTROLLED LOOP SYSTEM 

Follow our 1km loop route, repeated 5 times to complete your 5K. This unique format puts you in control, allowing you to decide your distance each week based on how you're feeling. Run 1 loop, 3 loops, or all 5, building gradually at a safe, injury-free pace as your fitness improves.

3 / PROGRESS AT YOUR OWN PACE

Start at our guided 6:00/km pace with a coach always accompanying the last runner, so you're never alone. Slow down when needed, speed up as you gain confidence and familiarity with the route. Week by week, you'll build toward conquering the full 5K.

Zero - 5K Run Club happens on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Join us in one of our two locations

Wednesdays 18:15 PM

Meeting Point: Outside Fitness4less Southwark SE1 0UE

Running Location: Same location

Session Duration: 45 minutes (finish when you're ready)

What to Bring: Just yourself and comfortable shoes - we'll handle the rest!
