How do I book a session?
Purchase your membership, log in to your profile, go to the classes page, and choose the class that matches your goals.
How long is each session?
Approximately 60 minutes but, could last longer or shorter.
Do you have showers?
We provide full facilities, including changing rooms, showers, toilets, and secure lockers. Please bring your own padlock for the lockers.
What equipment is available?
Our facility features three training areas: the Cardio room with treadmills and cardiovascular equipment, the Strength room with squat racks, free weights, and cable machines, and the Functional Training room equipped with TRX systems, battle ropes, and diverse functional training tools.
