Q: What's the difference between semi-private and 1-1 training?

A: Semi-private sessions have a maximum of 6 participants and follow structured 4-week programs focusing on strength, Hyrox prep, or endurance. 1-1 training is completely personalized to your specific goals with flexible scheduling.

Q: What should I bring to my first session?

A: Bring athletic clothing, trainers, and a water bottle. We provide all equipment, showers, and towels. If you have any injuries or health conditions, please let us know when booking.

Q: Do you offer trial sessions or class passes?

A: Yes, we offer intro packages for new clients. Contact us or book a free consultation to learn about current offers.

Q: What are your training specialties?
