A: Semi-private sessions have a maximum of 6 participants and follow structured 4-week programs focusing on strength, Hyrox prep, or endurance. 1-1 training is completely personalized to your specific goals with flexible scheduling.
Q: What should I bring to my first session?
A: Bring athletic clothing, trainers, and a water bottle. We provide all equipment, showers, and towels. If you have any injuries or health conditions, please let us know when booking.
