WHAT IS A STRENGTH?

Being able to move your bodyweight and more, in any direction, situation, or capacity you need with total control, that's what strength means to us, and it is what this class has been designed to build in all of our members. This class consists of 6 stations, each filled with bodyweight or weighted strength exercises. To help you feel stronger each week.

WHAT IS CONDITIONING

Think sweat, think heart rate, think the fittest you've ever been, that's conditioning. This section of the class is focused on building your fitness. You'll move through stations built around anaerobic exercises, increasing your cardiovascular capacity each step of the way.
