WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?

Getting support and guidance from a professional trainer ensures you stay focused and committed to reaching your goals. With each session, you will be working through a personalized training program created by your personal trainer, making sure each exercise is done safely and with the correct form.

NEW TO TRAINING

Our trainers have experience with clients at all levels, so they will be able to adjust their training style to match your starting point.  Being new to training can be a plus because you will not have picked up bad habits along the way. So don't stress and take the first step towards taking action on your goals.

WHAT IS A PT SESSION & HOW DO I BOOK IT? A PT Session is where you have a one-to-one session with a professional coach. To book a session, request a consultation with the schedule above.

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION & HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Each session lasts for 60 minutes. The price for each session ranges between £75 -£68, depending on the package you buy.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND? If you are planning on bringing a friend, this will need to be discussed directly with your trainer and may incur extra fees. Please contact us via: Train@gettersfitness.com to further discuss.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE SESSION? The gym provides you with everything you need for a great workout, but you can bring water and a towel.
