Studio Hire in Waterloo: A Private Space for Trainers, Therapists and Self-Directed Training
If you’re a personal trainer, coach or therapist, you need more than access to a few pieces of equipment.
You need a professional space where you can work with your own clients privately, without managing a commercial lease or sharing a busy gym floor.
If you already have your own training programme, you may simply need somewhere focused and well-equipped to run it.
Getters Fitness offers flexible studio hire in Waterloo for both.
The space is available outside class hours:
Monday to Friday: 11am–5pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9am–3pm
You book your slot online, arrive at your booked time and use the space for your session.
A PRIVATE STUDIO FOR YOUR OWN PRACTICE
Getters Fitness is a personal training studio in London designed for practitioners who want a professional setting without taking on their own premises.
You bring your clients.
You bring your programme.
You run your session.
The studio provides the space and equipment.
This is different from training on a shared commercial gym floor. You won’t be working around crowds, waiting for equipment or trying to create a professional client experience in the middle of a busy facility.
The environment is private, focused and set up for purposeful work.
That makes it suitable for:
Personal trainers
Strength and conditioning coaches
Fitness coaches
Movement specialists
Massage therapists
Treatment practitioners
Consultants
Individuals following an established programme
The studio is located at:
91 Westminster Bridge Road, Waterloo, London SE1 7HR
It’s within easy reach of Waterloo, South Bank and central London.
THREE SPACES. DIFFERENT USES.
There are three spaces available to hire at Getters Fitness.
01. PRIVATE GYM STUDIO ONE
The first gym studio provides a larger training floor with space for strength work, one-to-one sessions and structured coaching.
It’s suitable for trainers who need room to move, demonstrate exercises and work directly with clients.

02. PRIVATE GYM STUDIO TWO
The second private gym studio offers another dedicated training environment for coaching, conditioning, mobility and individual exercise.
One of the two private gym studios includes a Pilates Reformer, making the space suitable for practitioners whose work requires more than traditional gym equipment.
The spaces can support different session formats depending on your work, your client and the type of training you deliver.
03. TREATMENT AND CONSULTATION ROOM
The treatment and consultation room provides a more suitable setting for therapists, consultations and focused one-to-one work.
It offers a professional environment separate from the gym studios, helping you deliver a quieter client experience when that’s what your session requires.

FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS AND COACHES
If you’re a personal trainer in Waterloo, studio hire gives you a practical base for bringing your own clients into a professional space.
You don’t need to work around an open gym floor.
You don’t need to commit to a long-term lease.
You don’t need to manage the upkeep of a full facility.
You can book the time you need and focus on the session.
The space may suit you if you:
Train clients in and around Waterloo
Need a private alternative to a commercial gym
Want a more professional setting for one-to-one coaching
Need access to equipment without owning a studio
Are building your client base
Want flexibility rather than a fixed full-time space
Occasionally need a larger room for a specific session
Prefer to book by the session or in a block
Your clients get a more focused environment.
You get a reliable place to work.
The arrangement stays straightforward.
FOR THERAPISTS AND PRACTITIONERS
The treatment and consultation room is available for therapists and practitioners who need a professional space to see their own clients.
The room is suitable for treatment-based work, consultations and focused appointments where privacy and presentation matter.
You can use the space for your own practice during the available hire hours, subject to booking availability.
The room includes a professional treatment setup and a calm, considered environment for client-facing work.

Studio hire can be useful if you’re:
Starting a mobile or independent practice
Looking for a central London treatment location
Expanding your existing client base
Moving away from informal or temporary spaces
Testing demand before taking on a permanent lease
Looking for a flexible room for selected appointments
The aim is simple: a professional room without unnecessary overhead.
FOR SELF-DIRECTED TRAINING
Studio hire isn’t only for practitioners.
It’s also available for individuals who already know what they’re doing and simply need somewhere to train.
You may already have:
A structured strength programme
A rehabilitation plan from a qualified professional
A Pilates routine
A conditioning programme
A coach who works remotely
A personal training plan you want to complete independently
If you already know your programme, you can hire the room and run it yourself.
There’s no group session.
There’s no assessment.
There’s no coaching included.
You arrive with a clear plan and use the space for the time you’ve booked.
This option is designed for people who want a private, focused training environment rather than another crowded gym.
HIRE PASSES
There are three studio hire options.
SINGLE SESSION: £20
Use the space for one booked session when you need it.
This is suitable for occasional training, a one-off client appointment or trying the space before booking a block.
6 SESSIONS: £96
Six sessions for £96.
This pass is valid for 45 days, giving you time to establish a regular rhythm without committing to a long-term arrangement.
10 SESSIONS: £150
Ten sessions for £150.
This pass is also valid for 45 days and is designed for trainers, therapists or individuals who expect to use the studio more consistently.
The passes are based on studio hire only. They don’t include coached sessions or access to any separate training programmes.
STUDIO HIRE IS NOT COACHED TRAINING
Studio hire is completely separate from Getters Fitness membership.
It does not include access to APEX or ENGINE sessions.
It is not coached.
It does not include personal training, programming, progress reviews or guidance from a Getters coach.
That distinction matters.
If you’re hiring the space as a trainer or therapist, you bring your own clients and deliver your own service.
If you’re hiring it for individual training, you’re responsible for bringing and following your own programme.
Studio hire gives you access to a private space during your booked time. It doesn’t change what happens inside that session.
