Our upbeat indoor cardio workout is designed to be a high-energy circuit blast. Move between cardio exercises as you conquer each station. If you are a beginner, don't worry; you don't have to follow anyone's pace. Instead, find your own tempo and build on it session by session as you feel yourself getting stronger and fitter.
RUN CLUB
WHAT HAPPENS AT 0-5K
Our run club is not your typical, be the fastest runner vibe, NOPE! What we do here is totally different. Our mission is to help people get to running 5k comfortably. Our lap system allows you to build your speed and distance week by week, without having to worry about holding anyone back. We nicknamed it the pressure free run club.
