WHAT IS A TONE?
This class is a weighted circuit consisting of compound and isolated exercises. As you work through each station, you will have 4:30 minutes to complete as many repetitions as possible while taking short breaks in between. This format allows you to work as hard as possible at the level you are.

After slugging through your weighted portion of the routine, we then end every class with an abdominal workout, making sure your midsection is never neglected.
