Your Journey To Better

Step 1: Consultation

Meet with your personal coach to define your SMART goals and create your vision.

 

Step 2: Assessment

We assess where you are now for strength, mobility, and fitness level, so we know exactly where to start.

 

Step 3: Your Custom Program

Your coach assigns the right classes for you, plus your specific reps and sets for each workout.

 

Step 4: Train & Progress

Attend your classes, follow your program, and watch yourself transform.

 

Step 5: Monthly Check-Ins

Meet with your coach every month to assess progress, adjust your program, and stay on track.

Training Built Around You

Our classes run on a 4-week cycle, giving your body time to adapt, strengthen, and progress. Each month brings new challenges designed to keep you moving forward.

Your coach will tell you which classes to attend and what to focus on in each one.
