CLASS FAQ's
ARE ALL TRAINERS FEMALE? While we prioritize female trainers for our women-only classes, we occasionally have highly qualified male trainers who specialize in women's fitness. All our trainers - regardless of gender - are carefully selected for their expertise in women's training needs, respectful approach, and ability to create a supportive environment. You're always welcome to request a female trainer when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preference.
HOW DO THE 4-WEEK PROGRAMS WORK? Each 4-week cycle is designed with progressive training phases: Foundation (Week 1), Building (Week 2), Challenging (Week 3), and Testing (Week 4). This structure ensures you see measurable improvements while preventing plateaus. At the end of each cycle, you can choose to continue with the same class type or try a different program.
WHAT MAKES YOUR WOMEN-ONLY CLASSES DIFFERENT FROM MIXED CLASSES? Our women-only classes provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where women can focus entirely on their fitness goals. With maximum 6 participants per class, you'll receive personalized attention while building confidence alongside like-minded women. Our trainers understand women's specific fitness needs and create programs that work with, not against, your body.
WHAT FITNESS LEVEL DO I NEED TO JOIN? Our classes welcome all fitness levels! Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to fitness, our coaches will modify exercises to match your current ability. The small class size (max 6 women) allows for individual attention and personalized progression.
CAN I TRY DIFFERENT CLASS TYPES WITHIN THE SAME 4-WEEK PERIOD? We recommend sticking with one class type for the full 4-week cycle to see optimal results and proper progression. However, you can absolutely switch between RUSH, IRON, and SHRED when starting a new 4-week cycle.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST CLASS? Just bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes. All equipment is provided at our fully equipped studio in Lambeth North. We'll also provide you with a progress tracking sheet during your first session.
